Discussion about Efficiency and Qualification in Education

In schooling education management, issues of "efficiency and qualification" always play the key role. Presently, on the other hand, an urgent problem is how to know well these issues in theory, because since then, they (the issues of efficiency and qualification) were perceived backwardly, even it could be called as a crisis. This crisis has been shown in the fact that education paid much attention on expection of parents, students and employees, but not on major principles of efficiency and qualification. The most important principle of efficiency in education is a continuous completion and cooperation between relative partners of school. Qualification issue requires a group of modern managerial skills in planning, managing, encouraging and surveying-analysing-statistic conducting, etc. They are things we should start doing right now to improve qualification of education.

Eastern Asian Traditional Culture: Is there any value of human right

There has been observation from the Earst that Eastern Asian traditional culture highlighted to human right. There has, also, been an opposite idea from the West, that Asian traditional culture, especially Eastern Asian one, mostly included dictatorial, non-democratic and cruel thoughts with so little of valure of human right. It worth to note that Eastern Asian traditional culture contains multi-school of thoughts and religions. Among them, Buddhism, Confucianism and Islamism are the most important ones that have strong impact to the actual life. Considering these three pilars, it could affirm that they content profound thought of human right, beside their historical limitations. Through thousand years, these thoughts have been seeped into sense, mental faculty of nations in the region of Eastern Asia, creating traditional value of human right which has been continued and developed by the people and also has been recognized by the international Law on Human Right.

Humane Approach: Personality of Teacher, personality of Student

Improving standard of teacher is the most improtant task in the process of education development. At the beginning of the XXI Century, this task implies a new content under impacts of modern condition, that is a human approach to teacher's qualification. This approach is based on the human relationship between teachers and students, firstly in the way that personality of the teachers affect directly to the personality of the students. Moreover, this is the target to build up a study environment toward student in which, teaching and studying activities are done together by both teachers and students, Thus, the humane approach becomes the approach of going together with sympathy and sharing, through personality of teachers affecting to personality of students in the process of cultural personality development of students. This is the key content of the work of improvement qualification of teachers in the present time.

Some Principles of the Science of Human Being

This paper concentrated in theory of knowledge (epistemologi), discusses scientic knowledge only. Scientic knowledge is classified into 3 major forms sciences formelles, including logies and mathematics; sciences empirico-formelles including natural sciences such as chemistry and biology those have both experimental and ideal aspects; and sciences hermeneuieques or interprelation-humane sciences including psychology and sociology. Humane sciences are so-called interpreter sciences, because human being create culture and impose meanings to the natural world and to each thing. It can be said that man react depending not on the physical law but on meanings they perceive about the world. Therefore, to under stand human being, it should find out inside meanings and this is a interpreter method. In the other word, beside physical body, humane sciences should concentrate in ideas of man.
