12 Initial research on chemical composition of oxalis corniculata L. in Hanoi and Hai Phong, Vietnam
Initial reshearching composition of Oxalis corniculata L. in Hanoi and Hai Phong, Vietnam. Determined content of oxalis acid (the most in January), oxalate and others acid in Oxafis corniculata L. At the same time, from the n-hexan extract of dried leaf was isolated octacosan1-0l; a mixture of stigmast-5-en-3beta-ol and stigmast-5,22-dien-3beta-ol.
12 Preparation of polymer composite membranes in symmetric multilayers
Composite membranes were prepared from cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate by using phase inversion method, in which skin layer was coated directly on support layer and coagulated simultaneously in appropriate coagulation medium. The formed membranes have an asymmetric structure with dense skin layer and porous support layer. Membrane morphology was observed through scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Separation property of membranes was evaluated through membrane rejection for yeast and bacterium.
12 Study on adsorption ability of gel tannin (Tannix) for radioactive elements and heavy metals in solutions
In recent years, the investigation and application of gel tannin (Tannix) to the treatment of liquid waste from different hydro-metallurgical processes have been reported due to its outstanding characteristics of high adsorption ability not only for radioactive elements such as uranium, plutonium, amerium but also for heavy metals such as chromium, lead, cobalt and mercury. Another very important advantage of Tannix is that after adsorption of radioactive elements and heavy metals, it is dried and incinerated at relatively low temperature to obtain metals in the form of stable oxides, which results in a dramatic reduction of secondary waste. This article presents and discusses the research results on adsorption ability of Tannix resin for some radioactive and heavy metals in solutions.
12 Study on conversion from Vietnam kaoline mineral to KF zeolite
In this paper, we introduce method to synthesize KF zeolite from Vietnam kaoline mineral under hydrothermal condition at 100oC. The K2O/SiO2 ratio and crystallization time are also be studied.
12 Synthesis of some N-acylanthranilic acid
N-acylanthranilic acid were synthesized from anthranilic acid and carbocylic acid or through anhidride acid, chloride acid derivatives. Refined products were characterized using different techniques such as IR, UV 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR, MS and 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR simulation.
