Based on the improved formula of calculating flood events (lD*) and its alluvial sedimentation developed by Do Tien Lanh, Nguyen An Nien and the improved diagram of substance transmission designed by Bui Viet Hung and Nguyen An Nien, the formula combined by KOD-WQPS software program used for calculating hydraulic power is developed with the aim to resolve the lD* problem related to alluvial sedimentation and components of water sources (salt content, pollution etc). The program is called KOD.WQPS, version 1.0. It shall be trailed on an assumed diagram and put into practice in Long Xu yen Quadrangle.
