The results of the research showed that: - Slaughtered body weight of P1 hybrid goats between Bach Thao (DT) and local goat (Co) at the age of 6,8 and 10 months in Dak Lak province was 18.85kg, 24.18kg and 27.50kg respectively. Slaughtered body weight of males is higher than females from 1.56kg to 3.93kg per head. – At the age herein before, carcass and dressing carcass meat ratio are 42.12%, 45.62%, 46.89% and 30.64%, 32.57%, 33.58% respectively. The quality of goat meat is good with 22.78%-5.44% dry matter and 21.01%-23.22% protein. It is good to slaughter goat at 8 months old to have high quality carcass and medium lipid ratio.
