They have thought and implemented these ideas but they dare not take responsibility and shift the blame onto objective factors or quietly withdraw when breakdown happens. Lack of career spirit is expressed by accepting with resignation or living together with adversity in architecture without expression of their opinion. Thought it, the architect can recognize himself: - Capability should be improved - Ardour should be waken up - Spirit should be deepened

At present, an actual and full role of architectural criticism is not only to assess, praise, criticize but also to discover, affirm, dignify new components and trends, to criticize deviatory directions, trends and works which gives bad effect on appreciator, user as well as its movement and development in the future of our country's architecture. In practice, life requires architectural criticism to push up creative reality, reduce unreal ideas and become a bridge between creators and appreciators. If people gets full acknowledge on their role and obligation in construction process, if designers find out a common language with users, appreciators and identify with the society so architecture will go ahead and develop. The most important thing is to define correctly the problems, objects in architectural criticism as well as quality of critic thoughts. However, it is not easy to generalize world contemporary architecture, at the same time do not ignore concrete objects and details of our architecture.

From a concept of industrializing - modernizing agriculture and rural areas and subjects of rural industry, concentration of handicraft and industrial production bases in rural areas can be generalized in three following spatial and planning patterns: - Craft village: concentrates home craft production bases with many businesses such as small scale co-operative, production complex, individual family which has functions of production, living and service and close links with village mechanism. - Industrial zone/area for small and medium scale industrial businesses: concentrates home craft and industrial production bases with businesses which is organized in accordance with cooperation, enterprise laws and has small and medium scale, its production and living space can be separated or connected together and links with rural settlement centres. - Concentrated industrial zone: concentrates industrial production bases with businesses which is organized in accordance with Enterprise Law and Cooperation Law, and has small and medium scale, its production and living space are separate and links with rural settlement centres or small towns.

Urban architecture-recognition and management

Urban architecture should combine harmoniously between restoration and renewal, establish cultural environment of new architecture on the base of tradition and do not lose its specific characteristics. Urban architecture should respect principles of combining separate buildings with urban architecture; combining harmoniously the past, the present and the future. Housing architecture should meet increasingly living standards. Settlement environment should be improved, meet demands on diversified activities of city dwellers. A role of planning - architecture committee in every town should be affirmed. Though this committee, quality, art of urban architectural works have been controlled.
